Editors and notes

VS Code opens Plannotator sessions in editor tabs and can send selected-code annotations into an active code review.
Zed opens the current local review file from Plannotator.
Obsidian and Bear save plans to a note app from Plannotator’s settings and plan-review UI.
Octarine saves plans to a named Octarine workspace and folder.
