Plannotator Live Code Review is a separate public beta for opening a public GitHub pull request in a fresh collaboration room. Participants can inspect the PR overview and diff, annotate the description and code, discuss GitHub-hosted visual evidence, and see one another in the room.

What the beta includes

  • public GitHub pull requests only;
  • a new independent room for every shared link, even when two rooms use the same PR;
  • the PR overview, rendered changes, and GitHub attachment references;
  • room-local comments, replies, resolved threads, presence, and cursors; and
  • a revision fixed to the room so comments keep a stable target.
It has no inbox, board, account system, upload flow, attachment proxy, GitHub writeback, or stored attachment bytes. GitHub remains the source of the pull request and its hosted media.

Choose the right code-review path

GitHub documents the underlying pull request review model. The Learn section explains revision diffs, review artifacts, and why AI-generated pull requests can be harder to review.
